This service is provided to USERS who agree to abide by the terms of use. The web site and its pages may be used for personal use. Business (commercial) users must obtain written consent from MOV before use. Any user who breaks this agreement may have their use cancelled at any time, at MOV sole discretion. The user may be permanently banned from using the MOV website. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOV and associated companies and individuals for any loss, liability, and damage arising from or in connection with the contents or service of any and all MOV web services, products and media.

Privacy statement

Any data processed will be used and held as part of legitimate transactional purposes, will be held securely and will not be supplied to third parties or used for marketing other than for updating services already being provided.

Information held

The website holds an email address for each member practice. This is used to facilitate the booking of appointments and submission of images for teleradiology. 

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Information added to forms is stored briefly in some cases, as part of your data-set allowing us to help you. In all cases your information is kept in order to facilitate the organization’s functionality and goals helping the veterinary profession and pet owners.

Translate any software or content provided to you by MOV.
Merge any software or content provided to you by MOV with another program or modify any software or content provided to you by MOV.
Reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or make any attempt to discover the source code underlying the services offered by or in connection with MOV.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

MobileOrthoVets.uk, the MOV website(s) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason and without prior notice.

PROHIBITED MATERIAL

This includes but is not limited to the following:

No profanity, or harassment.
No hate or racist propaganda.
No illegal activity under any law.
No nudity or pornographic material.

Any material which MOV deems inappropriate, at its sole discretion If your use contains any of the above material, you may not use MOV services.
If you violate the terms of use, and place prohibited material on a MOV web page anyway, your use will be subject to deletion without notice and possible banning from the service.

MobileOrthoVets.uk retains ownership and all rights to MobileOrthoVets.uk website material and MobileOrthoVets.uk name, logo’s, software, media products such as databases, reports, web site, downloaded material and all information.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

MobileOrthoVets.uk respects the intellectual property rights of others, we ask our users to respect those rights as well. You should not breach existing or claimed property rights when using MOV. You should not copy & paste or re-key printed material elements of copy-written material for publication at MOV. MOV use promotional material such as packaging/record/DVD or other video sleeve art etc. in a ‘fair usage’ context, respective copyrights apply.

CANCELLATION

Either you or MobileOrthoVets.uk may cancel your use and access to the service at any time for any reason, or for no reason. You may cancel your use by stopping the use of the service and its web pages. All original material added to MOV listings become the property of MOV. Donations and offerings made to the MOV website, MOV are the property of MobileOrthoVets.uk.
